Basic Scrapbooking Video


Preserving memories in scrapbooks can seem like a daunting task, but in this video Carrie Cudney reveals some secrets on how you can make scrapbooking easy. Genuine Scrapbook Page
1. Adhere photos to 8" x 8" Old Olive textured card stock page.
2. Adhere ( 1/2" x 8") strip of Designer Series paper next to photos on page. Overlap strip with Old Olive 1/4" grosgrain ribbon and secure with staples.
3. Use Full Heart punch to cut out two hearts: one from Melon Mambo card stock and one from Melon Mambo textured card stock. Cut smooth card stock heart in strips and adhere strips in stripe pattern on textured heart cutout. Adhere heart to page using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
4. Stamp images and sentiments on Whisper White card stock in Melon Mambo, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and Tempting Turquoise ink.
5. Use Large Oval, My Way, and 1-1/4" Circle punches and Paper snips to cut out sentiments.
6. Adhere arrow, circle, and “you” stamped images to rectangle stamped image.
7. Use Trio Flower punch to punch small flower from Melon Mambo textured card stock. Attach flower to rectangle image using Silver brad.
8. Attach cut-out collage and large oval to page using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
9. Attach button over ribbon with Glue Dots.
10. Add journaling using an Old Olive Stampin’ Write marker.
