CCMC 204

I am again playing with the Create with Connie and Mary challenge. As you can see it is a color challenge and I knew what I wanted to do but it took me several tries to get it right. I wanted to make my own "chevron" paper using these colors as chevrons are really in right now. So, after several attempts I finally got a piece that was "good enough." Note I did not say perfect because as my stampers know, "Perfect is yucky!" So, without further ado...

A simple chevron card that is appropriate for either gender.

Don't forget, if you are in the Marietta area, my Big Open House is Monday, June 4th at 7 PM. Come one come all for a chance at prizes, make-n-takes and yummy snacks PLUS your new catalog!

  1. I've been wanting to make my own Chevron paper, too, but I know it is labor intensive! Nice clean and elegant card! Great job with the color challenge this week on Create with Connie and Mary!
