Ok, this was much simpler than it looks. I cut the Top Note and then covered it with the coordinating Washi tape that is in the Gingham Garden Suite. It is so pretty and so easy to use. With 5 yards on each roll and 3 rolls for 5.95 you get quite a lot of fun for the money!
