  3. Sew the 3" x 3" square of Lullaby Designer Series Paper to the Whisper White card.
  4. Stamp "Congratulations" in Baked Brown Sugar ink on the Whisper White Cardstock. Cut out the banner using the Big Shot and the Bitty Banners Framelits Die; adhere the banner to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
  5. Stamp the duck image in Hello Honey ink on the Whisper White Cardstock. Cut out the duck using the Big Shot and the Baby's First Framelits Die. Pierce the eye using the Paper-Piercing Tool and the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Adhere the duck to the card using a Stampin' Dimensional.
  6. Place the cards in a cellophane bag. Cut a Tea Lace Paper Doily in half and sew it to the front of the cellophane bag.
  7. Stamp "Thank you" in Baked Brown Sugar ink on Whisper White Cardstock. Cut out the sentiment using the Big Shot and the Bitty Banner Framelits Die; set the tag aside.
  8. Punch out circles from Crisp Cantaloupe, Hello Honey, and Pistachio Pudding Cardstock using the 1/2" Circle Punch. Create a garland by sewing the cardstock circles together with a sewing machine and white thread.
  9. Attach the circle garland and "Thank you" tag to the front of the cellophane bag using a Mini Metallic Clothespin. (Use adhesive as necessary.)
