This is the 2nd card I made using the Age Awareness stamp set and the fun Whisper White note cards. These note cards come in a package of 20 with envelopes for only $5.95. Paper Pumpkin Gift Bag
A few months back I got the fun Paper Pumpkin kit that had everything you needed to make 5 gift bags. Well, that is a bargain for sure! Also as a subscriber they allow you to order more parts of some of the kits and this was one of them. I was invited to go to a church in Guthrie, OK to meet with their ladies for their monthly night out. We enjoyed a delicious Taco Salad dinner and got to crafting. We made 2 projects...this gift bag and a lovely fall banner (which I will show later). I think everyone had a good time. I know I did! And I took a friend with me from church. What can be better than meeting new friends and sharing what you like to do together! The kit did not come with enough letters for everyone to spell out hello so I went to my trusty computer and made sheets to punch and use. They have to choice of the word hello or love.

Age Awareness
Today I am 'case'ing the catalog. I am a bit behind and what faster way to make a few great projects and get them posted! It is fun and legal. I flipped over to the fun new Age Awareness stamp set and in the catalog it suggests that you can do all the birthday cards you need for a year using this one stamp set. Well, I doubt I would do that but there are some cute samples there. I chose two and copied them as they were. I am sharing one today and one later this week.
My colors are the new In Colors...Blackberry Bliss and Hello Honey.

Playing with the Paper Players
I just love a clean and simple challenge! They are so fun and easy for me. This one is perfect because you can never have too many birthday cards. Everyone I know has a birthday! This one was inspired by the balloons above and the colors of the rainbow. Since school has started and music classes are beginning I was inspired to make a quick xylophone.

CCMC315 - Sketch Challenge
Yes, it is official. Summer is over when school starts back wherever you are. Here in Oklahoma, school starts tomorrow for me. But back in Atlanta, they officially started on the 4th! Now on to the sketch. Again I am playing late but I really love this sketch. I love how that you can either use strips of DSP or stamp your own lines...anything goes. I am showing off the Confetti Celebration DSP on my card. I woke up very early...4 AM to catch up and send out a couple of birthday cards. This it the one I made for today's sketch.
