Mini Golf Bag

So, I work with 1 administrator that is a man and all the rest of the folks I have at my school are women. I have to say that I am somewhat challenged when it comes to little gifts for men. I used some the 6x6 DSP to make this little bag with handle. Just crease at 3/4" on all 4 sides. Turn down the top to show the opposite side. Crease and fold together. I will probably put some little candies in the bag and call it done.

Best Dressed 3x3 cards

I am a sucker for these mini cards. They are easy to use and it takes very little supplies to make up a bunch of them. They are great for gift enclosures or little encouraging notes for your co-workers. These 2 I did using the Best Dressed stamp set and DSP.

The Gang's All Meer

I saw a pretty silhouette card using this set and I had to sit down and do one right then. It was fun and easy and this is one of the sets you can get for FREE during Sale-a-Bration until the end of this month. I stamped the image of the of the meer cats and then used a post it to keep the white around them for the setting sun. I added colors of So Saffron, Mango Melody and Poppy Parade using my sponges and then removed the post it note. Simple and pretty. I colored the Meer cats with my black marker.  I added a sentiment and was done!

Butterfly Gala

I opened the DSP called Botanical Butterfly and the papers in this package practically make the cards for you. I love butterflies and spring is upon us and the butterflies will be here anytime now.

Another Quick Tropical card

I made this little no layer card before I left but did not have time to photograph or post. This one was made using Timeless Tropical and Momento Black ink. I then sponged the colors to make the flowers POP! I think the colors are so pretty! I used Balmy Blue, Coastal Cabana and Granny Apple Green.

Rain Drops Keep Falling on My Head

Rain Drops Keep Falling on My Head...I guess you have to be old to remember that song but it has been rainy every day this week. That is one thing about spring, you get a lot of rain here. Then it will start the dry season with hardly any rain.

I made this quick little card using the Pleased As Punch DSP and the umbrella punch. It was fast, easy and pretty to make.

Anniversary Card

Today marks my 39th wedding anniversary to my darling husband. We have been through so many trials and adventures together and now I am praying for the calmer side of life. I say that even as the world is freaking out about the Coronavirus. Yes, it can be bad but for most it is a cold with little to nothing in symptoms. We will get through this.

Happy Anniversary to Mike. No one I would rather be quarantined with than you.

Timeless Tulip Mother's Day cards

I also made a couple of mother's day cards using the Timeless Tulips. The DSP is fun to play with also as you can see I used the DSP for the border on these 2 cards.  I am actually ahead of the game with these cards. Now to file and not lose them!!!

Timeless Tulips meets Pleased as Punch DSP

I have been out of town/country on a cruise and we sailed back into port on Saturday. Now, because we have been on a ship we have to self quarantine for 2 weeks. No time like the present to make a few cards and crafts!

I received a box of Stampin' Up! goodies on the day before I left and now I can play! I made a few more Timeless Tulips cards as I will be showing here.  Most were cased from Splitcoast.

Timeless Tulips

I never seem to have Easter stamp sets even though it is a beautiful holiday. I always gloss right over it with all the egg hunts and church stuff going on. I am going to send some cards out this year to my mom and MIL and they will be much like this one. It was fun to do and I do so love tulips. They do not bloom again here in the south so I like to look at them at the apartment complexes and other places.

3-D Birthday Bonanza

I found this little tutorial on Chic'N Scratch and quickly sat down to make one for my blog. I love anything that is giftable and this little box is so cute. Add the fun images from this set and you have a gift of epic proportion.

I'm not lying...This Lion is too cute!

This little lion is the last animal in the Birthday Bonanza set. See, I told you this set was a keeper. You could use it for lots of birthdays, celebrations and even baby showers.

Are you Toucan' to Me?

OK, don't get too excited. I know I spelled talking wrong but I am making a statement about this little toucan card. It looks like he is all dressed up for a party. I left it blank on the outside so I could add something later or just put a fun sentiment on the inside.

Birthday Bonanza Koala

How about this little koala bear? It makes me think of the all the ones who died in the fires in Australia but this little guy survived! It makes a great birthday or any celebration card.

Birthday Bonanza

As promised I am going to show you several cards that I made using the Birthday Bonanza card set and dies. First one is for an adult friend of mine who is celebrating Diagnostician's Week at school. She is a new friend but we have really hit it off and I wanted to make a little card to celebrate her. Her job is hard and never ending!  She is not a stamper that I know of but maybe I can persuade her to join our little obsession!

The 4  year old got mail from me and now she thinks she should get mail all the time. The challenge has been set. I must send them mail at least once a month. Timeless Tropical

I have a friend who just semi-retired (lucky for her) and I made this card to send to her. I know she loves anything tropical and this set makes some great tropical cards. Not shown on this card is the lovely Palm trees (maybe my favorite tree).  The colors I used were: Whisper White and Terracotta Tile. I used the Blender pens for the coloring.
