Scalloped Note Cards

I have shown these cards several times but they are so pretty and versatile. This time I used the Darling Label pumch box. These punches are easy to use and you can be as creative as you want with colors and ribbons.

Peaceful Poppies Sympathy Card

In my opinion, you never need just one sympathy card. It really does seem to come in clusters. I recently lost a student from my school and wanted to make a pretty card to send to the family. Grief is hard but when it is a 10 year old child it is unimaginably hard! The DSP Pretty Poppies has so many pretty pieces but one in particular is made to be cut and made into cards. With this one piece of 12x12 you can easily make 8 cards. I used sentiments from the Peaceful Moments set for the outside and inside of the card.

Tropical Oasis Memories and More cards I

Tropical Oasis Memories and More cards are great for the quick scraobooks and the pages that Stampin' UP! features but they are also easy to make into cards. Not everyone scraps and not everyone makes cards so I love these versatile packs. I order them every time I see them and love to play with them. These were some of the easiest to make into cards in my opinion.

Paper Crafting Club

As I have mentioned, I am also hosting a paper crafting club at my school for a few 5th and 6th graders. When I am looking around for projects I start with my Paper Pumpkin projects that I never opened or finished. This is 2 of the cards they made last week.

They love these little kit cards and they are simple enough that they can make them with little to no help and they turn out great as you can see.  They get to take home something beautiful that they made using a few paper pieces and a little kit.

From My Heart Box

This is the 3-D item we made at club last week. It is a cute little box that holds a few candies. It happens to hold 3 miniture candy bars perfectly. It was also counselor's week at school and so I gave each of our 2 counselors a little box of candy to show my appreciation for all they do for our kids.

My Valentine card for my sweetie

So, this is the card we made in our club last week. I love this fun fold and had never made one like this before. I saw it on Splitcoast and had to make on for myself. The ladies in the club also loved it! It has a hidden pop-up heart on the  inside.

Anchor's Aweigh

I have been trying to clean up and work in my crafting space and I came across a few projects that I started and never finished...(say it isn't so)! I hope I am not to only one who is easily distracted. In fact, my craft space is not any better but my blog has more to show!

This is a masculine card set I was working on and just finished. I love the Sailing Away set. In fact, looking at my mess in my room, I just might need to sail away!

Casing Inkspired Treasures

For this card I saw it while I was looking at emails from stamper's I subscribe to and I really could not think of better card to CASE (copy and share everything). I don't think I would have put these colors together on my own but they really pop!

Timeless Tulips

I got the set Timeless Tulips because I love tulips. They do not bloom over and over here in the south, too hot but they are so pretty. Who wants to go to Holland and see the farms?  ME! They also are a great reminder that spring and warmer weather is coming.

Merci, Paris!

What Valentine can be complete without thoughts of that romantic city, Paris?!! Now, I have never been there but I hear that it is a great place to visit for a couple of days. I would love to see some of the museums in Europe and why not start with the Louvre! I made this one into a Thank You note but there is also the cuts for Amour included in the bundle.

The Gang's All Meer

This fun little card was made using one of the Sale-a-Bration items that you can earn for Free! It i called The Gang's All Meer. So cute! I stamped and colored the little guys and fussy cut the little hats for them. My principal's bd is this month and I will get all the administration folks to sign it for her.
