CAS Birthday Card for a Kid

I found this cute DSP from the catalog and knew it was perfect for a birthday card, especially for a child. I happen to know quite a few children as I am sure you do too. So, I looked at the paper and decided that I could quickly cut a birthday hat using the pennant punch on different papers. The little fringe at the top is the owl punch foot. This was as clean and simple as it gets for this wild paper. Perfect for the Paper Players Challenge this week.

Totally cute, Judi! Love the way you decorated the hat and the repeating sentiment is adorable! Thanks for joining us at The Paper Players!
