This little frame was one I picked up at Target from the Dollar Spot a year ago. I decorated it using the Bashful Blue marker on the edges of the frameand covered it with some of the designer paper fromSummer Picnic. The ribbon is the bashful blue1/2" Striped Grosgrain.
