Sale-a-Bration is almost over and I hope you have been able to get lots of FREE goodies. If not, it is not too late to log in here on my website and order away! Here is a card that I made that was inspired by a card by Fran. Fran has been a recent Artisan Winner with Stampin' Up! and she always does nice stuff.
I changed my colors to the In colors and did slightly different stamps from the Sale-A-Bration set called Good Neighbors. This will make a great "pick-me-up" card for a friend I know.
