Isn't this bunny adorable? I found it on Archiver's blog and immediately set out to make one for me and my blog. Of course I used Stampin' Up! products to create mine and made the changes needed to make it work for the supplies I had on hand. That is one of the great things about having supplies on hand...you can see it and make it! I had to show off the cute flowers again!
My place to stamp, create and share! I am proud to be a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and the team leader for the Judi's Cuties!

Paper Cup Flowers
I was blog hopping and came across a very simple idea from Martha Stewart...so I took my Stampin' Up! supplies and made this in about 5 minutes or less. I took the Flower Folds die and my Big Shot and got to cutting. The paper cups are from the Spring mini Pop-Up Posies kit. Wouldn't these look great spread out on an Easter table?

Go for the Gold
GO FOR THE GOLD!
If you look at current fashion trends, gold is hot right now! And who doesn’t love a little bling? So, of course I have been looking for ways to add a touch of gold to my paper crafting projects.
The first project I made was extremely simple. I purchased some inexpensive eggs at a local craft store, sprayed them with spray adhesive, then tossed them in a plastic bag with Champagne Glass Stampin’ Glitter. VoilĂ ! Instant glimmer eggs. I also had a realistic-looking nest in my Easter stash that worked perfectly to display my golden eggs.

Technique Tuesday - Baby Wipe Technique
BABY WIPE TECHNIQUEDirections:1) Squeeze a few drops of ink on a baby wipe; the moistened material absorbs the colors and creates a one-of-a-kind ink pad. 2) Stamp your image. 3) For another approach, gently swipe the wipe over your card stock to create a multicolored background. |

More Ears to You!
I got this little card idea from Connie Babbert on Inkspired Treasures. I changed several of the elements but used her exact layout. It turned out really cute. Love the pink eye! This little stamp will be gone soon! I added this card to the Nacho Average Challenge for this week. See their challenge here.

MOJO Monday Challenge Card
This is the challenge sketch. I made a "no stamping" card quickly for this challenge. I tried several combinations but settled for this one using the colors from the World Spectacular DSP. Feels good to get some MOJO going on a Monday (and yes I know that the posting today is not a Monday but I did create it on a Monday)!
Looks like fun to me!

Technique Tuesday - A Video Technique
I watched this video and created this pretty card to help to inspire you. It was super easy...you can use any spray bottle and re-inker to make your butterfly any color! Click here for the video from Stampin' Up!

CCMC243 - Sketch Challenge
This sketch is calling for a square card so I can handle that. I wanted to make it mail for a regular stamp price so I made it to fit in an A-2 envelope. My card is Crumb Cake, I used the Duo Scallop squares for the Expresso, layered it with the Pink Pirouette and used the stamp set Nature Walk for my pictures. I used the little postage punch to cute my images and attempted a little water coloring for the images. I made the little nest with the natural trim ribbon and used raveled it a bit. I don't think it shows but I added a little glitter to each image. IRL, it sparkles very subtly.

Nacho Challenge 37
Playing along with the Nacho challenge as seen here. Well, I took another card and adapted it for this challenge. I am so busy trying to get "caught up" with my blog and SAB and all the fun holiday stuff so I sort of cheated. Not really, I like this layout and so I played with falling leaf look using the always pretty Gently Falling stamp set with some of the soon to be retiring colors.

Swallowtail
I am making a real confession here...I am deathly afraid of caterpillars. However, I love butterflies that are the end result of the dreaded caterpillar. I was drawn to this stamp immediately and so I quickly put it together and made this pretty card. I used my markers and did a little water coloring to make the subtle shade differences. Idea from Splitcoast...Greyt Paper Stamping.

Easter Carrot
Today I am posting a project that I made a while back. I like to make these little sour cream containers, they are easy and use very little supplies. This one was made for Easter and I tried to make it look a bit like a carrot. How did I do? It is so cute and so easy to fill and share with friends. Wouldn't these be cute for an Easter egg hunt?

Technique Tuesday - Crayon Resist
Crayon Resist
Directions:
1) Stamp your image in Basic Black Classic ink or StazOn ink on Glossy White card stock.
2) Color areas you want to remain white--or that you want different from your background color--using a Whisper White or other light-colored Watercolor Wonder Crayon.
Tips:
•Give the ink time to dry before coloring your image with your crayon; otherwise the lines of your image may smudge.
•After Step 4, you can color over the masked area with Stampin' Write markers or using watercolor tools.

4) Wipe off excess ink with a tissue.

Introducing Photopolymer by Stampin' Up!
Introducing Photopolymer by Stampin' Up!
I’ve always wanted to be a graphic designer. In fact, my aunt had one of those original Macintosh computers with the itty bitty screens and when we’d visit, she’d let me use it. It had this awesome program that would let you design cards. It was pretty cutting edge back then. Obviously, the time spent in my aunt’s home office foreshadowed my professional choices as an adult.
My favorite part about design is typography. I adore type. There’s just something inherently beautiful about letterforms and what happens when you stack them to create different shapes and combine them to say different things. So when I was asked a few weeks ago to create some artwork for our first-ever photopolymer stamp set, I jumped at the chance to do something that would speak to my typography love. Can I get a holla?! Additionally, I wanted to focus on the cool benefits of photopolymer stamps (but we’ll get into that in just minute).
So without further adieu, let me introduce you to the Designer Typeset Stamp Set. It’s based around a really great san serif font that will work well on just about any project. And then there are embellishments and shapes to take whatever you want to say to the next level. The possibilities are seriously endless.
I’ll admit, once I started playing around with the stamp set, I had a hard time stopping. The mess that has taken up residence in my craft room attests to this fact. So many witty one-liners, so little time.

Another Ears to You
This is another Ears to You card that I made with my stampers. This little stamp is one of the many single stamps that are available now from Stampin' Up! I love that the little rabbits have a design on them. I used the same colors that are available in the FREE SAB DSP called Sycamore Street. The colors and the designs are pretty and so stylish now. Remember, SAB ends on 3/22.

Oh, Hello
Looks like I assembled this one a little crooked. Well, I am not Hallmark! I again got this idea from Stampin' Success. One of the great things about being a demonstrator is that you are not out there all alone, even if you have no upline (like me). I have been orphaned for about 9 years and I still get plenty of ideas. That is another wonderful thing about being a demonstrator, we are a family. Do you want to join the family? Feeling Sentimental
This wonderful Sale-a-Bration image will not be around forever. The Sale-a-Bration event ends on March 22nd. If this is one of your "must-haves" get with it and make a qualifying order today. I know that I personally love this set. BTW, I got this idea from Jennifer Bloomquist but I did not choose to color my first image.
Now, here it is colored. I still to need to work on my water coloring!
