I got this idea from Wendy Wexler's blog. I love how she did the little tulips and had to case it. I did change colors and such to make it mine. To make the little tulips you use the mini heart punch! Who would have thought it? It takes 3 hearts to make one tulip. The accent color is Rich Razzleberry however it looks kind of dark in this photo.
