Instructions

1. Create a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card base from a Window Sheet; rub the card base lightly with the White StazOn Pad.
2. Cut a 3-3/4" x 4-1/2" piece of Watercolor Paper. Stamp the whale image in Island Indigo ink on the Watercolor Paper.
3. Watercolor the background using the Aqua Painter and Island Indigo ink, creating the look and feel of water.
4. Cut a 3-3/4" strip of Summer Starfruit Cardstock and punch it using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Punch; adhere the border along the bottom of the Watercolor Paper. Adhere the paper to the card.
5. Punch a scallop circle from the High Tide Designer Series Paper using the 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch, wrinkle with your fingers, then adhere to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
6. Cut a 1-7/8" x 2-1/2" Summer Starfruit tag. Stamp "You're my best mate" in VersaMark ink and emboss with Silver Stampin' Emboss Powder. Adhere four Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the bottom of the tag.
7. Punch a circle from the High Tide Designer Series Paper using the 1/2" Circle Punch. Adhere the circle to the top of the tag. Punch out a smaller circle using a hole punch.
8. Tie Silver Baker's Twine through the circle, clip a clothespin on the tag, and adhere the tag to the card.
