CCMC358 - Color Challenge

This week Connie and Mary are doing a color challenge for the card/project. I decided to flip through the new catalog and fin a card that I use for my inspiration/sketch. Mine came out just like the one seen on page 107. It was fun to do although it did take me quite some time to get it right. I used my sponge and So Saffron to make the stripes. My sentiment is from Something to Say and the butterflies are from Papillon Potpourri. Thanks for looking.

My card for the challenge.

  1. Fabulous card! This card caught my eye in the catalogue last night when I was looking to see if Papillon Potpourri was still current. I love yours done in these colours. :)

  3. What a great idea to use this layout! You're so smart to use the catalog as a resource for layouts (and color schemes too!); I so often forget to do that! Love the layout and the punched-out butterflies... such a cool card! Thanks for joining us this week at Create with Connie and Mary!
