I just love these bright colors and I knew as soon as I saw them what I wanted to do it just took me all week to make the card! I thought immediately of the Magical Mermaid. I made a sparkly card using that pretty mermaid. I am not sure that the dazzling diamonds show up very well in the picture but they are all over her tail. I think it turned out pretty well.
Haha - I have weeks like that too Judi! I love your sparkly mermaid though - beautiful against the green and I love the stamped vellum too, it so adds to the underwater feel of your card. Thanks for joining my colour challenge over at The Paper Players this week!
ReplyDeleteI had a look in close up and the diamond dazzle is really... dazzling! Lovely touch. I also really like the way you've used some soft HIghland Heather around the sentiment as it helps highlight her tail. Have you used vellum for the water weeds?
