Timeless Tidings Card 1

The kit is ready to punch, peel and put together. Like I said, it includes everything but the stamp set, adhesive and dimensionals. I was able to make 20 cards in less than an hour. Now, if I could only get them addressed and stamped in less than an hour!

Timeless Tidings Project Kit

As I have mentioned before, I am all about simplicity during the holidays and these kits are the easiest way to make handmade greetings for all your friends and family. I am showcasing the Timeless Tidings set today. I actually ordered 2 sets to be able to make 40 cards quickly. I love the gold foil accents on the envelopes.

This kit comes with full color pictures and directions for how to make each card. The stamp set is an extra order but you could do it with any stamps that you already have (if you are like me, you have oodles of Christmas wishes).

Sincerely Santa card 4

This is the final card I made with the Sincerely Santa tag kit. There are 5 tags but I only made cards with 4 of them. You could easily make 30 cards in an hour with this kit and a few extra supplies, like card stock and the stamp set that goes with the tags. A little DSP also helps but not necessary.

Sincerely Santa card 3

Card # 3. As I said, if you are rushed for cards and or tags, hurry and order this cute kit. Another fast and fun card.

Sincerely Santa card 2

This is the 2nd card I made from a tag. I used the Dashing Along DSP that I earned for free in October for the backgrounds.  I love this sentiment...instead of Joy to the World it says Joy to Your World.

Sincerely Santa card 1

This is the first of 4 cards I made using the cute tags that I had already put together. Did I mention that it only took about an hour to make 30 tags? That translates into just about 3 minutes a tag and maybe 5 minutes to convert to a card.

Sincerely Santa Tags

I hope you noticed the Sincerely Santa Project kit on page 32 of the Holiday Mini catalog. It is so cute and everything is in the pretty tin box to make 30 tags. But, if tags are not your thing or you don't need 30 you can also make them into some cute cards. Today I am showing the tags and then I will show you the cards I made using the tags.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all have stuffed yourselves with good food, family and lots of love! We have been camping in New Mexico (a first for us) and are planning to visit the family at Christmas. Alas, when you live 12 hours away from everyone it is hard to see them for every holiday. However, Christmas will be here in a few weeks so look out my littles...Lolli and Pops will be there to hug and kiss and spoil you soon!

I hope you have enjoyed these cards for the past few weeks featuring the Falling for Leaves stamp bundle. I will be moving on the Christmas next! I cannot wait to show all the goodies I have been working on!

Pop Up Candy Box

Just wanted to share a last minute gift for the office workers at my school. I saw this on a blog and had to make it myself. It was challenging but I think I will get better. This little box pops up and inside it will hold on Ferrero Rocher candies or a Lindor Chocolate.

A Very Green Thankful Card

I confess, Green is NOT my favorite color but I used the DSP from Share What You Love for the colors of this card. I could not find any green ribbons so I improvised with the Spruce card stock. Colors are: Shaded Spruce, Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam.

A Case from Mary Brown

This very pretty and again C&S card was cased from the very talented Stamper Camper, Mary Brown. She and I both love clean and simple cards and I often find inspiration from her. Check out her card here. You can see mine is very basically hers with a couple of minor changes.

Thinking of You

Again with the glitter paper! Look how lovely the copper is with the retired Bermuda Bay. I added the crimped Crumb Cake and some ribbon for a quick and easy clean and simple glittery card!

Catalog Case Thankful Card

I cased the card on pg 45 of the Fall Mini and made it into a mini card...4x4 version. I love the Mango Melody with the Merry Merlot. So pretty together.

Harvest of Thanks

This card was made using some of the Natures Poem DSP. The colors just say Autumn to me. I am loving the way the leaf jumps off the page with the Cajun Craze and Shaded Spruce.

This is a sample card in the Fall Mini Catalog. It is so pretty! I know I am obsessed with this bundle. I sure hope it stays around for the big catalog!

So Very Thankful

I think this card speaks for itself. It is so pretty and sparkly and I love the sentiment! Loving the golds and coppers of the glitter papers!

Only 2-1/2 weeks until Thanksgiving!

Yikes! I am looking at the calendar and we are only 2-1/2 weeks from Thanksgiving and after that the Christmas holidays! We are all so busy during this season that I work hard to get all my cards and blogging done up through Christmas. Oh sure, I might add a challenge here or there or I might not. My philosophy is that the holidays are NOT about rushing around and making ourselves crazy or broke $$$.

Yes, I believe in keeping the focus on others as Christ would have done and not worrying about all the fluff that makes us crazy. I like to make cards and little gifts and be ready for anyone to drop by or for any party to pops up.

But, until after Thanksgiving I refuse to post Christmas stuff. We get enough of that even before Halloween. So, for now, let's focus on things we are thankful for...like creative outlets like Stampin' Up!

The Paper Players challenge: PP417

The Challenge: Give Thanks

I am working with my new stamp set bundle...Falling for Leaves and I really am loving it. I said I would be using it all this week or so and then this challenge popped up today. I also wore some fall looking clothes to church and decided to let my necklace be my color challenge.

Pretty Colors...

My clean and simple card...

Falling for Leaves

It is finally November and I am playing with my new stamp set, Falling for Leaves. It is a bundle in the new mini catalog  and it is such a pretty set! I love the leaves and will be showcasing this set for the next week or so. This first card was a quickie since I have been at Adventure Camp for the last 3 days with 297 5th graders. I let myself get a bit behind with stamping and blogging. This was a case from the mini catalog.
