Hello There!

Even as this card posts, I am on vacation in Bonaire and doing a little scuba diving. I hope to see this guy or at least something like him. I love to dive and for me it is a special place to commune with the Lord. My daughter used this image on her wedding invitations and he is still cute! Love the Real Red with the Bermuda Bay. By the way, today, the 2nd, is the absolute last day to order from the current 2012-2013 catalog. Yikes, click here to see what is left.

Hello There

It is my weekly time to play with Connie and Mary. I love their challenges as they can really get your creative juices flowing. Well, they are all springy this week and my card is all Caribbean. To me the spring and summer bring notions of the sea and being under the sea with all the wonderful creations that the Lord has made. One of our favorite challenges is to find a seahorse. They are very elusive and difficult to spot. Last year I found the first one spotted in an area of Grand Cayman for the season! It was bright yellow and just hanging out in a shallow area kind of by itself. So, this card is reminiscent of that find. I used the reverse stamping with acetate to make my yellow seahorse.
