It is a Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge. That means you make a card that matches 3 in a row. Lot of choices for this one. I chose to play with the Birthday, Bling and Embossing row. My card is So Saffron and Soft Sky for a very soft look. I used different embossing panels with just a touch of bling.
